I find this photo very gorgeous. I wonder whereabouts you found this little guy? I love the bits of blue coming out of the white spots. I feel as though the details could have been a bit clearer (perhaps an adjustment with the macro was off?)
The composition is well done, the butterfly is not quite centered. It's also cool how the colors are compartmentalized into their own part of the picture. The entire scene is well balanced; the way that the darkness from underneath the plants at the bottom of the photo flows to the right side the butterfly ties everything together.
